One-room vacation apartment, 33 m², living/bedroom (double sofa bed), separate kitchen, bathroom, entryway, south-facing loggia. Includes satellite TV, stereo with CD, cassette, and radio, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, balcony furniture, parking space, 1st floor (elevator).
On-site costs: Bed linens, towels, and final cleaning included. Upon request, a reserved parking space on the upper deck next to the house can be booked. A fee of €5.00 per night applies. Please reserve this directly with the property owner. Tourist tax: The tourist tax is not included in the rental price (invoice amount) of the booking!The visitor’s tax is as follows: From Jan. 1–May 14 and Sept. 15–Dec. 31: €2.00 per person per day; May 15–Sept. 14: €3.50 per person per day. Due to the current energy price situation, an electricity surcharge of €2.00 per day applies from 01.10.2022, and for stays from October 1 through April 30, an additional heating surcharge of €3.00 per day will apply. These surcharges are not included in the rental price (invoice amount). A deposit of 25% of the rental price, with a minimum of €50, is due upon booking. In the event of cancellation: more than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, the down payment is due as a cancellation fee; between 8 weeks and more than 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental price is due as a cancellation fee- Between 4 weeks and 1 day before the start of the rental period, 80% of the rental price is due as a cancellation fee; from the start of the rental period, in the event of a no-show or early departure, the full rental price (100%) is duePayment: Our deposit upon signing the contract is 25% (minimum €50); the balance is due no later than 7 days before arrival. For rentals booked less than two weeks before the start of the rental period, the total amount is due immediately. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal.
