Beautiful 3 bedroom house steps from the beach and boardwalk in Seaside

This location was amazing! It had everything you needed for a rental property. Especially for kids, they have a booster seat and beach toys and a boogie board. The boardwalk is one block down the road. Also, your right across from a really great Waterpark. The Owner/Host was easy to get in touch with just in case you have questions or concerns. The only "con" is the water pressure in the showers, but thats not a big thing at all. To sum it all up, definitely give this rental a try you wont regreat it at all.

The pictures don't do this house justice. I love all the beach themed pieces,from the wall decor to accent pillows, tables and bed headboard...and loved that this duplex offered plenty of room for us to spread out. The house has everything you need, and is in a block or so walking distance to the Casino Pier...and waterpark and go karts literally across the street. Host was quick to respond to questions...awesome! Wisj we could have stayed a few more days!

You can't beat this location! I was concerned it would be loud for this reason, but was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was other than the fireworks on Wednesday and Sunday nights. There's also the occasional siren that goes off I think to warn folks on the beach about lightning, but this can and should be heard everywhere. It has two floors with bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. There are two full baths with ample hot water and decent water pressure. One full bath is in the master bedroom. I stayed here with my two teenage daughters, my tween niece, my brother and sister in law. The AC works great and it has a gas stove. The stairs are a little steep so I wouldn't recommend it for those who have trouble with stairs and other than the kitchen it's fully carpeted. If you don't typically wear shoes in the house like my family then your feet and/or socks will get dirty. I'd recommend bringing slippers for this reason. Of note because my sister in law asked, but not a deal breaker for us, it does not really have an outdoor seating area or a grill. But like I said, amazing location! The owner is also easy to get a hold of quick to respond, and good about follow up.

We stay in a lot of properties and this was one of the nicest places we’ve rented at the shore due to its space and convenience to the boardwalk and beach. Great find!
