GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT
• Each person must check in at the security booth.
• Unnecessary noise is not permitted. Radios and televisions must be operated
in such a way as not to disturb the neighbors.
• No one may throw any objects or trash out of the
apartment window, balcony walkways, or other areas of the condominium
• It is not permitted to hang towels, swimsuits, or similar items to dry on windows, balconies, doors, railings, or other areas that are visible from the outside.
• Upon checkout, all trash must be placed in sealed bags and deposited in the trash containers located in the parking area.
• Glass objects, cigarettes, food, and beverages are not permitted in the pools.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult when in
common areas, swimming pools, and recreational areas.
• Use the beach at your own risk. There are no lifeguards on site.
• The Tenant and the Rental Party shall be responsible for paying any penalties, fines, or expenses arising from violations or noncompliance with the Rules and Regulations of Dos Marinas II or any applicable state, local, or other laws or regulations.
• If the Tenant uses the property solely for illegal purposes or other prohibited uses, such as illegal drug use, abuse of persons, harboring fugitives, etc., this will result in termination of the lease without refund.
• Smoking is NOT PERMITTED inside the property. The full incident fee will apply if this rule is violated. Outside visitors are not permitted; the maximum occupancy may not be exceeded at any time.
• The tenant and the rental party must not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs the neighbors. The neighborhood quiet hours mandated by the code are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• Keep the property and all furnishings in good condition.
• Do not place wet towels on the furniture.
• Use appliances only for their intended purposes.
• Although we love pets, pets are not allowed on the property.
• Parking: The apartment has two (2) designated parking spaces. Parking rules and instructions must be followed at all times.
• There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and towels (bath and beach) are included with the rental, daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. An additional cleaning service may be arranged at the tenant’s request for an extra fee.
• Access: The tenant shall allow an authorized person onto the property for repair and/or inspection purposes. The host will exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
• Tenants and the renting party shall not remove any furniture, equipment, and/or essential items such as decorations from the property.
• The Tenant and the Renting Party shall maintain the premises in good condition, clean, and ready for rent, and shall use the premises carefully and lawfully. The tenant must pay for maintenance and repairs if the premises are left in poor condition. The tenant agrees that the host may request payment to cover costs if the tenants cause damage to the premises or furnishings.
• Any valuables left behind by tenants will be held, and every effort will be made to contact the guests to return them. If the items are not claimed after 5 days, they will become the property of the Landlord. The host will not be liable for the condition of such items.
• A service/incidental fee will be charged if the property shows damage or requires excessive cleaning. In the event of damage to the property and/or excessive cleaning, we will provide appropriate documentation reflecting such damage or the need for excessive cleaning.
