The shell house had a very nice view of the ocean on the East Side but it set on a Golf course which was very nice I don't play Golf but it was Interesting watching the golfers Security is outstanding and the attendance are very nice and outpulled The owner was very responsive when an issue arose so had no complaints Had a nice 2 week vacation

Had some issues. Door code was incorrect, no hot water first night. Quick response to both issues.

The unit is almost 50 years old (Beach Village is one of the first complexes built in Palmas, around 1974); the unit is close to the beach, the pool and Palmas main amenities. It is fully equipped, but cleanliness needs improvement.
