The villa is rented on an entirely private basis, with full access to all areas for guests.

🏝 Casa de Campo Resort Mandatory Fee

The villa rental does not include the mandatory (Resort Fee) at Casa de Campo, which applies to all guests who are not owners or direct guests of an owner within the resort.

Rates:
• Adults: USD 30 per person per night
• Children: USD 15 per person per night
• Children under 4 years old: free

This rate includes access to the resort’s facilities, pools, lounge chairs at the main pool and Minitas Beach, restaurants, common areas, and 24-hour security.

🪪 Guest Registration

A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to request:
• Identification for all guests
• Information required for check-in at the resort

This information will be used to generate an access code, which you must present along with your passports at the resort’s front desk on the day of your arrival.

We will also send you the exact address and location of the villa to facilitate your arrival.
