About this villa rental
Enjoy this splendid private villa just a few steps from the beautiful Minitas beach. In the quiet Bahia Minitas neighborhood, this property surrounded by a splendid tropical garden is a true haven of peace in the center of Casa de Campo. Its 5 bedrooms and spacious living areas promise unforgettable vacations. With its huge swimming pool, central Jacuzzi, large terrace and gazebo with outdoor kitchen and grill, it's the ideal place to cool off under the Caribbean sun and spend some incredible moments.
Included in the rental the rental of 2 golf carts of 4 seats, housekeeping service from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with breakfast and lunch preparation and service, and daily house cleaning (3 staff member - chef, butler and maid). Evening dinner service is not included but can be arranged according to your needs. (Extra cost : 80 usd per staff member per night.)
From breakfast to dinner you'll be able to enjoy every moment of your vacation without worrying about anything.
**CASA DE CAMPO REGISTRATION FEES for private villa guests**
Access to Casa De Campo is by invitation only, offering visitors total security inside the villa and within all areas of the resort.
A daily registration fee has been introduced by Casa de Campo for guests staying in private rented villas to gain access to the entire resort and use its facilities.
*USD 25.00 per adult per night (12 years and over)*
*USD 12.00 per child per night (ages 4 to 12)*
*FREE for children under 4*
Please note that these additional charges are set by Casa de Campo and that Villa Mar y Lago is not responsible for them. The registration fee must be paid at check-in before accessing the resort, at the Villa Owners Club office located at the main guest entrance of Casa de Campo. (8:30 am to 10:00pm).
Each registered person will receive an ID card. This ID will grant the card holder access to the resort and other facilites including :
- Personalized courtesy service from the Villa Owner Club concierges to make restaurants and activites reservations such as :
- Equestrian Center
- Shooting Center
- Tennis Courts
- Casa de Campo Spa
- Access to golf courts
- Use of Fitness Center
- Use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool in the main hotel area and Minitas Beach

This house was absolutely amazing! The location was so perfect- less than a 5 minute drive to the beach and relatively close to the marina. Omar was simply the best. He met all of our needs and was always there when we needed him. He made us the BEST drinks- cosmos, mojitos and margaritas were his specialities! The meals he and the staff made for us were authentic and delicious! The house was so clean and had everything we needed. The pool was absolutely stunning and had plenty of room to relax. The house was so spacious!

Bahía Minitas 11 is a beautifully decorated large home in the perfect location in Casa de Campo ! It is situated between the beach and the marina and a quick golf cart ride to both to enjoy meals and shopping . The infinity pool is large and the perfect temperature! All of the bedrooms are very large with prjvate bath . The home is extremely clean and well maintained by incredible staff. Leading the staff was Omar who was extremely attentive and organized. We had breakfast prepared daily in the home and utilized the resort restaurants for dinner each night .Our host Zoe was incredible from the minute we booked. Zoe organized groceries , transportation , dinner reservations, excursions to the cigar factory, spa reservations, as well as coordinating a chef for a special holiday meal . She is a great resource for everything needed during your stay and very responsive. We had an amazing trip and will definitely book this home again !
