Location was amazing. Watching the sunrise on the back porch over the lake with our coffee was exactly what we needed. Communication was great. Would definitely stay again.

the house has the most amazing view! the owner was there to greet us and he is the nicest man!! has a folder of near by restaurant menus! also the marinas phone number! the dock is newly updated and is easily accessible! can’t wait to stay there again next year!

This property is outstanding. Spacious, bright, and cheery home in excellent condition with all the amenities that you could possibly need. Pete has been great as a host. Location is the strongest selling point for this house. You have a wonderful lake view with access to a private dock. Having a train come through once or twice a day is actually kinda neat. Everything you’d need for an extended stay is within a 5-10 drive up to Geneva which is a lovely town. We’ve been making day trips from the house in every direction: Watkin’s Glen, Corning Glass Museum, The Strong Museum of Play in Rochester, Ithaca, Auburn, Seneca Falls….all within an hour or less. And of course there’s hundreds of wineries. If we vacation again in this area, we definitely want to stay here again.

Pete's cottage is simply outstanding. Meticulous and well thought out furnishings. Beautiful views of Seneca Lake. Close to numerous wineries and shopping in Geneva. My grandson loved the fishing down at the dock. Pete is a great host!!
