75 Ft Of Private Lakefront!

Welcome to the lake! Enjoy this completely renovated home located minutes from some of the best wineries/breweries Seneca Lake has to offer. Enjoy 75 ft of private lakefront, two decks (including one large sundeck overlooking the water), and your own dock (two kayaks, one canoe, and some floats for the water included). Enjoy the beautiful sunset views while grilling outside on the covered back patio, or from the great room- which has full windows providing a stunning view even on the chilliest of nights!

You enter the house into the entry and dining area, with seating for six at the dining room table. All dinnerware is provided for your convenience. As you continue through the house, you enter the newly remodeled kitchen. The brand new appliances include a fridge, dishwasher, and stove. There is also a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster for your use. In the cabinets, you will find pots, pans, silverware, glassware, and baking ware.

As you progress to the back of the house, you enter the living room, with expansive views of the lake. The couches and chairs are the perfect setting for watching a movie or snuggling up with a book and taking in the lake. There is a flat screen TV with basic cable, Netflix, and Hulu. High Speed Wi-Fi is also included. Rounding out the room is a small bar for serving wine and other beverages.

The house has three bedrooms with all linens included. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a remodeled half bath. There is a dresser and closet with plenty of space for everything you brought with you. The second bedroom also has a queen bed with a closet and dresser. The third bedroom has two twin beds. In this room, there is also a closet and dresser. There should be space to expand in the bedrooms for even the most prepared traveler. Window AC units are installed for the summer months. The nice lake breeze often means you won't need them.

The full bathroom will be stocked with towels and other amenities for your stay. There is a large stand-up shower and a large vanity for your toiletries. First floor laundry with washer, dryer, and iron is an added bonus to this house.

As you make your way outside, there is a covered deck with two rocking chairs and a covered grilling area. A brand new propane grill is included for your use. There is a flat backyard, perfect for lawn games or kicking a ball. Down a small set of stairs, there is a sprawling deck with plenty of room for the whole family. There is outdoor table seating for six and four Adirondack chairs to enjoy the stunning view. Down another small flight of stairs, you reach the beach area and dock, from which you can take a dip, go fishing, or dock a boat. I have two kayaks with life vests for guest use. There is also a boathouse to store all of your water toys. At night, arrange chairs around the beachfront fire pit, roast marshmallows and gaze at the stars.
