Guest Access:

Please note that the guest access into the home is via a code given for a touch pad on the dead bolt of the door.

The fourth bedroom is a unique loft-style retreat, featuring its own private entrance for added privacy and convenience. The fourth bedroom has a separate entrance from the main entrance with stairs leading up to the door, there is a separate key with a code for access at the door to the fourth bedroom outside. (Note: The only Bathrooms are in the main house- no bathroom in outside detached bedroom) Whether you're traveling with friends or extended family, this separate space offers a peaceful sanctuary while still being part of the home's warm, welcoming vibe.



Inside, you'll find Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. For a little extra fun, we've provided an assortment of board games—ideal for all ages. Plus, we’ve got water toys and floaties for the ultimate water-filled adventures!



Step outside to enjoy the large, screened-in porch, where you can enjoy fresh air without the bugs. The expansive deck is an entertainer’s dream, featuring comfortable relaxing chairs and loungers for those long, leisurely afternoons in the sun. Please note that the boat ramp on site is not available for use. We highly recommend "Big Mans Marina" around the corer from the neighborhood. Take advantage of the outdoor dining area, complete with a Blackstone grill for your BBQ sessions, and unwind with outdoor TV entertainment to complete your perfect evening under the stars.
