House was very clean and a beautiful place. Loads of room and everything matched as described in the listing. There is a 2nd rentable house within the gated area, but separate enough to be no concern or issue. Kids loved the outside play space and there was more than enough room for our 2 families to sleep, play, and enjoy. Great spot!

Great location if you are visiting hill country wineries. Lots of space for larger groups, including outdoor space and a great outdoor fireplace. The kitchen doesn't have a freezer which threw us for a loop. Nice SubZero fridge, but no freezer. The host removed it from the amenities list, but we didn't note that as no freezer is highly unusual. We managed.We did have a small plumbing issue that the host addressed very quickly.
