Absolute Charm truly lives up to its name! The house is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully maintained, and had more than enough space for our whole family to relax and enjoy our time together. It was stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay easy and comfortable.
We stayed here last year with our daughters and their families, and we loved it so much that we came back again. It has become a special place for our family, and we already can't wait to be back next year. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful, spacious, and welcoming place to stay!

This is our 2nd time to stay here with our kids and grandkids. It is the perfect place for our family of 10. The house has plenty of space and very comfortable, but the outside area is our favorite! We ventured out a couple of times, but I would have been just fine hanging out at the house all day.

Well provisioned, self contained family getaway. Quiet country location with a relaxed vibe, yet only minutes away from the historic charm of Fredericksburg. Sunny Oaks is a standing event on our calendar.
