We had a fantastic stay. The home is very close to downtown Indy. The neighborhood was quiet with local kids playing outside. There’s a bit of development happening in the neighborhood and looks like it’ll become a really wonderful place for families.

Home was as pictured and expected. We have friends who live in the neighborhood so worked out great. Home is half of a duplex and has been fully updated. Kitchen and bath were amazing! We loved the glass rinser and the shower was over the top. High quality linens and comfortable beds and furniture. Owner was very responsive. Would look to stay again next time we have an event in Indy. Location is close to downtown, children’s museum, broad ripple and the monon and fall creek greenways. Up and coming neighborhood that shouldn’t be overlooked! Would definitely stay again.

Needed a place to stay for our party of four for the 500 and this fit our needs perfectly. This property is located a block south of our friend's house in Monon Yard. Perfect location for us and reasonably priced for race weekend. Cheaper than two mid-level hotel rooms with the bonus of being an entire living space!Seems to be brand new to the rental market. Half of a duplex with off street and on street parking. Home has been updated very nicely although the foundation slants which was kind of fun to be honest. Kitchen and bath were both nicely designed. Seating was at the counter and a 4 top table. Sink was nicer than the one in my own personal house. Had a blast with the glass rinser. Shower was nice and plenty of counter space for the 4 of us to share. Didn't use it, but it had a combo washer/dryer in the bathroom, also new. Queen beds in both bedrooms with comfy mattresses, a number of pillow choices and higher end sheets. Furniture in the common areas was also very comfortable for the group. Location was great for downtown dinner reservations and access to activities (by car or Uber). Also quick up to the Northside where we used to live. Super easy to get to the track and back. Grocery store and pharmacy within 10 minutes by car. Friends had great recommendations for pizza delivery, etc. Property contact was responsive when we had questions.Would definitely put it on the list for future stays.
