The booking process was very easy, and the response and check-in were a breeze. We loved our stay; however, the owners need to replace the king-size bed in the master bedroom. The bed sinks in on both sides, and we did not get the best sleep, especially toward the end of our stay. Other than that, the pool and beach were very close by, as were the stores, restaurants, and shopping. We loved the pine floors, screened-in porch, and deck area.

The cottage was perfect for our family of 5, little ones loves the bunks and parents loved that the house was clean, well stocked and in a fabulous location. So close to the pool, the beach, and numerous bike trails. We loved eating dinners on the screened in porch. Kiawah River inlet, FreshFields and Night Heron park were all an easy bike ride away. Love Kiawah and had would definitely stay again!

My wife and our toddler stayed for 5 nights and loved it! The home was perfect for our young family...it was clean, and everything was on one level so we had few concerns about letting our daughter walk around and explore. The location was great, just past the gate and very close to Cougar Point and the beach. The only downside of our trip was that the community pool was not open (doesn't open until 4/1) and because this is a private VRBO and not part of the resort we weren't able to access the resort pools. That being said, we would absolutely stay again!
