The full kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils—ideal for everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners. The dining area seats six comfortably, with extra space at the breakfast bar for casual meals or morning coffee.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
Bedroom 1 – A peaceful retreat featuring a king-size bed, fresh linens, a Smart TV, and access to the balcony. Includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower for added elegance.
Bedroom 2 – Features a cozy queen-size bed, ample storage, and convenient access to the second full bathroom.
Bedroom 3 – Offers two double-size beds, TV with cable and streaming, and nearby access to the third full bathroom.
Bathrooms – All three bathrooms are stocked with plush towels, complimentary toiletries, and designed with a clean, modern touch.

The stay will be accessed via a smart lock, and we will provide the door code on check-in day, around 4 pm.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.
We do not provide a daily linen service.
We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows, you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay:

Loved the view and cleanliness of the condo. We had a good time at this place, whole family enjoyed it. Easy access to the beach. The pool could use some cleaning/attention, but that is more of a building maintenance issue.

Pleased with condo. Very spacious and good location. Parking garage was not made to park large suvs. Very small space to pull in and out.Communication with host wasn’t great. Took way too long to respond and sometimes didn’t respond at all. First night we were having issues putting in door code. Was actually locked outside our condo for about 15 mins with bags of groceries and a 3 month old baby in heat. We called but no one seemed to care.
