About this apartment rental
Windy Hill Dunes is a spectacular resort in the heart of Windy Hill Beach. Enjoy excellent ocean front views from this 15th floor balcony! With plenty of space for the entire family, our condo offers direct beach access, flat screen TVs (upgraded cable service), free Wi-Fi, full size appliances and a fully equipped kitchen. There's lots of seating in the family room for everyone to spread out in front of the 46" flat screen for family time or gather everyone at the dinner table for a great meal.
The master bedroom includes a king bed with wonderful oceanfront views and direct balcony access to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the waves. The master bath offers double his and hers vanity sinks with a separate glass enclosed shower and separate soaking tub.
The second guest room offers double queens with it's own private bath (tub & shower combo) and the third guest room offers a queen bed with its own private bath (tub & shower combo). Your reservation at this property includes all bed and bath linens, with beds freshly made upon arrival and your departure cleaning.

There are 3 pools on site and the Lazy River offers relaxing fun (for all ages) while floating around on a tube provided. The main resort pool & kiddie pool are all in the same area, and there is a large hot tub for the adults. If you must, there is an on-site gym, but feel free to take the week off. There are plenty of lounge chairs around the pool deck to catch some rays. Or just step over the dunes and your feet are in the sand.

Amazing condo. Can't get any closer to the beach. There is a grocery store near by and the kitchen has most things your need to prepare meals. Comfortable beds. I want definitely stay here again.

Nicely maintained with well equipped kitchen. The bed in the primary reminds me I need a new mattress at home. I got better sleep here than at home! The papasan chairs in the living room and Adirondack chairs on the balcony are a little tough for those with mobility issues, but the sofa and loveseat in the living room and table/chairs on the balcony are nice alternatives. Check in/out are done off property, but not too far away. Just something to keep in mind for logistics.
We’ve stayed at this property before and would do it again!

This was my second, but not last (!) stay in this beautifully-kept, fully-equipped condo. I even had the pleasure of having a new sofa delivered - on my birthday, no less! Everything about this condo and its location is perfect! The shower head made me never want to get out of the shower. I wondered if anyone would notice if I brought it home with me! Haha My daughter spent my second week with me for our second mother-daughter get-away together, last year being our first. When I asked if she would like to try somewhere else next year, she was adamant that we return, not only to NMB, but to this very condo! Thank you for making this such a special retreat!

We are a group of 7 people, thoroughly enjoyed the view from balcony, lazy river, hot tub, play cards/puzzles indoor.Worst part is their logistics- hot water from shower is not enough for 2-3 people, have to wait for 30 mins to get hot water again.The water feels like hard water, not softened.They don’t have washer liquid, no body wash, no shampoo etc.. we should get them.. which is a suprise, they charged more for house keeping.
