About this house rental
Completely renovated house with all comforts (end of work April 2025)! in a quiet residence at the foot of the emblematic village of Bormes les mimosas. Its breathtaking view of the sea showing the islands of the levant and Port-Cros. A 5-minute drive from the beaches of Bormes, Le Lavandou... A private parking lot (residence) is at your disposal.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms (except bathroom), 3 televisions, 2 bluetooth mosquito speakers, board games for young and old as well as coloring books and pencils.
On the first floor: there is an entrance with a wardrobe, a glass door that leads to a corridor leading to 2 bedrooms, one with a bunk bed + a drawer bed with a dresser. The other containing a double bed with a large wardrobe and control cupboard with a large bay window opening onto a terrace adjoining the swimming pool. A rest area with BZ and wardrobe is also adjoining the terrace. A corridor will lead you to a shower room, then to a separate toilet. A washing machine is at your disposal.
Upstairs, a corridor which leads to a spacious bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe cupboard. A shower room and separate toilets. A miller's staircase will give you heights where there is a mezzanine with glass roof for teenagers in need of private space!
A living room equipped with a sofa and two armchairs to relax and a dining room with a table and chair overlooking the terrace, equipped with a table that can be folded out to welcome your guests to enjoy your good dishes! The fully equipped American kitchen also has its sea view overlooking a barbecue well appreciated in all seasons! You will find on the terrace a spiral staircase for direct access to the swimming pool and garden furniture for absolute relaxation! Swimming pool treated with salt to respect all skins! It is equipped with a motorized roller shutter for optimal safety (These said, never leave your children unsupervised).
