Villa Levandou: nature, sea view and swimming pool

Regarding complete renovation work, Villa Levandou welcomes you on the heights of Aiguebelle, 1.5 km from the beaches, a stone's throw from Cavalière and Cap Nègre. It is the promise of a dream holiday on nearly 2 hectares of nature with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean and the islands in a classified area not overlooked. In this air-conditioned villa, everything has been thought out for rest and well-being, a stone's throw from the summer hustle and bustle and 5' from the beach.
The accommodation
An exceptional panorama

In front of you stands an exceptional panorama of the Mediterranean and the Golden Islands. We have provided binoculars so that you can observe.

Let's start on the right: The peninsula that stands out in the background is the famous Cap Nègre. The house at the bottom is that of Carla Bruni's family. The singer is very attached to it

Just before in the perspective, the Pointe du Layet and its natural beaches that we recommend. It is also a beautiful and simple walk.

In front of you the Mediterranean: Look closely, you may be lucky enough to see dolphins, hence the motto of Le Lavandou. Some days in winter, you can see Corsica! We are also at the same attitude as Cap Corse.

Facing you too: The island of the east. What you see straight ahead is the military zone presented as strategic. On the right side of the island is Heliopolis, a historic naturist centre known throughout the world.

Further to the right are the island of Port Cros and the Port Cros National Park and even further to the right if you go up to the Virgin of Aiguebelle or from the outer bed or from the ridge road, Le Lavandou, la Favière, Cap Bénat and further still the harbour of Toulon

A comfortable house of 80 m2

- A bathroom with a large Italian shower, hair dryer and towel dryer
- An entrance/workspace with computer and printer
1ST FLOOR
Double bedroom (1 double bed 140) with superb sea view, air conditioning: "The love nest". This atypical room under the roof (ouch! watch your head!) is accessible by a narrow staircase which closes by a "drawbridge" style trapdoor. It has its own bathroom with shower and toilet and an outdoor area with a splendid view.

- Small heated wooden swimming pool (5X2) with magnificent sea view "Les dauphins", terrace, deckchairs...
-4-car park (the first two cars have to move to free the two behind )
- Large bowling alley and its outdoor bar aperitif area "Chez Marcel" around the barrel. 18 balls available
-Restanque dedicated to leisure: balls, Badminton (to be installed and uninstalled after use)
But also... Hammock, Bicycles at your disposal under your responsibility to go to the beach by bike or walk: 1 electrically assisted mountain bike and an electrically assisted "urban" bike with basket, dartboard, board games, cards, library....
