About this house rental
1920 seaside style villa, completely renovated, feet in the water, located in Aiguebelle Lavandou, facing the islands of Hyeres. Private access to the sea, terraces above the water, 4 bedrooms overlooking the sea.
Natural air conditioning between water and pine trees.
Relaxation guaranteed, total change of scenery, swimming, diving, fishing... continuously, unforgettable evening above the lapping of the water, in harmony with the Mediterranean.

The accommodation:
This house has a unique character because it is located just above the sea which is present everywhere we look. These many terraces, its direct access to the sea and "the single-storey house" allow you to live a relaxing holiday with simplicity. You will find yourself in osmosis with the water, its iodine smell, the sound of the waves and with the Golden Islands on the horizon.
For sailors! You have a private anchorage in front of the house that is free during your stay.
The house was built around a large terrace.
The main building is composed of a laundry room, a dining room and kitchen and a bedroom (Captain) with its private bathroom.
The other part, separate, is composed of 3 bedrooms: Mousse (the smallest with 2 single beds), Skipper and Admiral, a bathroom and a toilet; all these rooms are independent with direct access to the main terrace.
For your comfort, the 4 bedrooms are equipped with memory foam mattresses and pillows (Tempur).
In the laundry room you will find an additional fridge freezer and 2 scooters.
You also have a room, under a terrace at the sea access where beach gear, swimming, diving, 2 kayaks are already stored.
Cleaning offered.
Other notes:
As the days go by, you will notice that the aperitifs and meals under the straw hut are longer and longer and will leave you with unforgettable memories.
From November 1st to February 28th, for more comfort and simplicity, only the main body of the house is accessible and can accommodate 2 people (beyond that, please make a request).
It is also possible, depending on the period, to book a stay of less than 7 days, with an arrival and departure other than on Saturday, do not hesitate to ask!
