Feel right at home when you walk through the doors to this beautiful 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms home that is tastefully decorated in a nautical theme throughout. With over 1800 square feet of living space, you’ll have plenty of room to enjoy yourselves or host a small gathering. There is a great room with an open floor plan for ease of sight throughout. The updated, fully equipped kitchen has plenty of room for your culinary needs. The dining room is just off of the kitchen with enough seating for at least six. If you are looking for some quiet time, close the French doors and enjoy the den just off of the great room to enjoy a great book while watching the neighbors walk by. Or you can enjoy your book while lounging in the sun by the heated pool. Nothing is more Florida than floating around and enjoying the sun from your very own private enclosed pool. The backyard has been fenced in for privacy and to keep your fur baby safely inside. The primary bedroom is off of the kitchen and has a four-post king-size bed for you to enjoy. There is also a desk if work is a must, but hopefully not. There is plenty of room to store your personal belongings as well. The ensuite bathroom connected to the primary bedroom has everything you are wishing for. An updated double bowl vanity, a walk-in shower, and plenty of room so that you aren’t bumping into each other. The large walk-in closet has two entrances. One is off of the ensuite bathroom, and the other is off of the utility room. The guest bedrooms both have queen beds, and the back bedroom has a flat screen TV for guests who want to watch TV in bed. The guest bathroom is situated in between both guest bedrooms for ease of use. It has a tub/shower combo and a large updated single bowl vanity. The flooring throughout the house is laminated wood except in the bedrooms where there is carpet. This home has so much to offer and more.
