About this house rental
Kick back and relax on the front porch swing and take in the mountain views in this lovely, calm space. Located above the Tuckasegee River (just 5 minutes from Dillsboro, 7 minutes from Sylva, and 10 minutes from WCU), this cottage is perfect for work or play!
The Heron's Loft is situated on a private drive in a river community. The open floor plan, with a fireplace, quartz countertops and island bar seating, has all of the amenities you might need to feel at home.
The upstairs en-suite has a queen-size bed, small office area, fireplace, walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet.
The downstairs bedroom has two twin-size beds and a closet and is across the hall from the 2nd bathroom, which has a shower/tub combination.
There are smart TVs both in the living room and in the upstairs bedroom. The heating and air is zoned with a thermostat that controls downstairs and a separate minisplit for the upstairs suite.
The front porch has a sectional patio set, a bistro set, and a porch swing.
The kitchen comes equipped with a Keurig (that can brew both pods and whole pots of coffee), an electric kettle, toaster, microwave, gas range, dishwasher, and a full-sized refrigerator. Pots, pans, cutlery, cookie sheet, can/bottle opener, and dishware are available for use.

From the short flower lined driveway to the well equipped, beautiful, comfortable, clean and quiet home, it is a perfect place to stay. A short distance from Dillsboro and Sylva, and very near the Tuckasegee River.
