About this apartment rental
This loft apartment is unique to our area. The entrance is on Main Street in downtown Sylva, ground floor, with a wall of windows overlooking Mill Street one story down (no access from Mill Street). The high ceilings and exposed brick give the space an urban feel. Wifi is available. There is a smart TV set up with Netflix. A DVD player and DVDs are also available. There are games, puzzles, a ping pong table, swing, and books available for your enjoyment.
The loft is one open room, about 1,000 square feet, and includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room area, and sleeping area. Wall spaces can be created with the ping pong table to separate the sleeping area. The hanging bed is suitable for relaxing or sleeping for anyone comfortable with ladders and height. The closet is spacious and provides a changing area with a door. And yes, the swing will hold you.

Great location in a lovely and authentic mountain town! Walk to awesome restaurants such as Lulu's, Lucy in the Rye, and City Lights Cafe. Catch trout in Scott Creek and the Tuck. The apartment is very well appointed and comfortable, and Jenny is great to work with. This was our second visit and won't be the last--highly recommend.

The lost was perfect for my wife and I. Very clean and although we did not use the kitchen it had everything you need to prepare a meal. Very clean. Throughout and a swing in the middle of the room, unique and added entertainment for sure!

The loft was a fantastic stay. Located in the heart of downtown Sylva, it is close to nice restaurants and shops. The loft was comfortable with a nice view. Jenny was great to deal with and very responsive when needed. The decor was lovely and the swing was a focus point... :D This will be on the list to stay again.
