The 3-room apartment of 52 m2 on 2 levels + 25 m2 fitted garage and private parking is quietly located in the town center of La Trinité-sur-Mer, 200 m from the market square and its mini-market, 3 minutes walk from its famous port and its shops, and 500 m from the nearest beach.
It comprises on the first floor: an entrance, fitted and equipped kitchen (combined microwave oven, induction hob/extractor hood, toaster, electric kettle, electric coffee maker and French press, digital kitchen scale, multifunction chopper and bottle rack), south-facing living/dining room with 4K connected TV and Smeg refrigerator, bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190 cm), shower/WC. Electric heating. On the lower floor accessible by a spiral staircase: a large bedroom without windows, with 1 double bed (160x200cm), dresser and dressing room + a relaxation area in the garage, pleasant in summer, equipped with a bar and refrigerator.

You can also choose to picnic on one of the 10 beaches of La Trinité-sur-Mer before embarking the next day to visit the islands. Water sports are also very popular with board sports enthusiasts (surfing, kiteboarding, wakeboarding, paddleboarding, kayaking).
