L'appartement bénéficie d'une vue exceptionnelle sur le port, il est situé dans une résidence calme, et très agréable.

L'appartement est placé idéalement à 500 m des commerces et du port et à proche de la plage. Il est en hauteur parmi des arbres et donc au calme. Situé au rez-de-chaussée, il bénéficie d'une terrasse.
De plus il est bien équipé.
