This cute, quiet property is located close to so many wonderful attractions in Denver: the Zoo, the Nature and Science Museum, Botanic Gardens and more. I live in Denver proper, meaning I know the lay of the land well. I booked this house for a team retreat since my coworkers are not from the Denver area. Cherry St is a quiet beautiful, established street close to city driving arteries, meaning you can get places quickly. Close to great restaurants, Trader Joes, and not far from Downtown either, the location really is great!The house is a well-maintained and updated older property. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and there is plenty of space to spread out. The backyard offers a beautiful shaded oasis, and the house had the perfect space for work meetings. At the same time, I can speak as a mom, the house would work well for a family. You can park in the garage but there is also plenty of street parking. The host is super responsive, easy to work with, and I would stay at this location again!

Charm on Cherry Street is ideally located in a lovely neighborhood with beautiful trees and thoughtfully renovated homes. This house was beautifully decorated, clean, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable and welcoming stay. The convenience of parking our rental car in the garage, rather than on the street, was a significant plus. The backyard was nicely manicured, featuring flowers, abundant seating, a cozy fire pit, towering trees, and a serene fountain. While our August visit meant we couldn't fully enjoy the backyard due to the extreme heat, we would absolutely return. The host, Elizabeth, was very responsive and helpful. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here again, perhaps during cooler months to fully appreciate both the wonderful house and yard, and the entire Denver area.
