About this house rental

Come experience the newly-built luxurious, modern mountain retreat, located within view of the famous Salmon River in White Bird, Idaho.
Whether you're coming to the area to relax in a beautiful, peaceful setting, or for the world-class outdoor activities (rafting, hunting, fishing, jet-boating, hiking, ATV riding), or simply passing through and need a place to stay, this house has everything you need to stay in luxurious comfort. And it is located with easy access off Hwy 95, yet private.
The house sits cut into the mountain side, viewing the Main Salmon River, valleys and the surrounding mountains. Rugged and private yet very easily accessible from US Hwy 95 and down a short paved county drive leading to the driveway. Only little over a mile to the small town of White Bird and a mile away from Salmon fishing or launching your jet boat or raft into the Salmon River. Just minutes away from public land for hunting and ATV/SxS riding. Grangeville is only 15 miles up the 95 for groceries, restaurants and the hospital. And Riggins is 28 miles south. White Bird is located in the Idaho "Banana belt", which means that the area does not see much snow or the colder temperatures much of the rest of the state does.
***The house**
This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, 1700 Sqft home comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed and a master bathroom attached. The 2nd room has a Queen bed, and the third has a twin XL over queen bunk bed and an additional twin XL bed. Each bedroom and living room is equipped with its own climate control (heat/AC) mini split unit and thermostat. The kitchen is fully equipped with likely everything you need to cook and enjoy all your meals, including a Keurig coffee machine and complementary K-cups.
**Please note:
1. your nightly rate is based on the number of guests, so please indicate the accurate number of guests when booking
2. although the weather in White Bird does not generally receive much snow, it can snow, so it's advised to drive a 4wd/AWD vehicle during winter month just in case
3. There is room for large vehicles and trailers at the house, however, if you do plan to bring a large trailer please reach out to ensure you will have no issues getting in and out of the property

Easy check in with a code provided in advance. Make sure you save the code offline, as internet may be sketchy. Pleasantly surprised seeing coffee in pantry and laundry supplies! Beautiful, clean and comfortable! We didnt want to leave! We all slept great!
