Very quiet beautiful view would rent again

We really enjoyed this property. The kids loved the horses and baby horses, beds were comfy, they had all the essentials we forgot to bring. House was clean and we loved the front porch swing watching wildlife. The only negative thing which really isnt a big deal is, The house needs a little updated and a woman's touch. But it was clean and we loved it!!

Place was great had a peaceful stay

The good: nice house and incredibly beautiful views The bad: Our 4 night stay ended up costing almost double the price per night as indicated on the reservation site. Price is completely misleading. As stated in the listing there’s a full time resident at the property with 2 dogs so I’m sure I scooped more poop than my dogs produced. He lives in the house when not booked but moves into an RV right behind the house. So again I’m sure I vacuumed more dog hair than my dogs may have shed. They tout a mx, atv, utv track for riding but you have to sign a waiver due to “the Associations” numerous lawsuits. The place really could use a ladies touch, some better lighting, decor etc. would go a long way to make it feel more like a mountain cabin. The stove is so outdated you really can’t read the temperature on the oven, so cooking in it is really a guessing game. For the size of the house and the views I would recommend, but as for the reasons stated above I would not recommend.
