This house… wow! Speechless. Newly renovated however they kept the old Santa Barbara charm. For how luxurious the home was, it was still surprisingly very baby proof friendly and safe. We celebrated my mom’s 65th birthday and it was the perfect home to host all family comfortably. It’s five to ten min away from everything basically. The property management team was responsive and helpful. Overall would 15/10 recommend this property.

A gorgeous space. Beautifully decorated with a great courtyard and backyard. The entrance to the villa is impressive with impeccable garden and beautiful lighting. Beautiful linens and the beds were so comfortable. The location is not walking distance to town. We rented bikes to enjoy and get to the beach, Montecito and Santa Barbara. The road into downtown Montecito is fairly busy so a challenge for more nervous or new bikers.
