With ample seating, an outdoor fireplace and fire pit, you'll be able to enjoy the incredible amenities Casa de Calma has to offer day and night. No detail has been spared in this delightful Montecito home filled with thought-provoking artwork and contemporary interior design.
Outdoor dining here is a must do under the stars and surrounded by the subdued exterior lighting that captives this beautiful outdoor space. The first floor living area is open-concept with seating for five at the kitchen island and ample cooking space for all your dining needs. The beautifully designed expansive living room combines form and function and has multiple seatings areas, a fireplace, and a dining table that welcomes everyone into this perfectly designed interior space.
The primary suite, located on the second floor, offers an en suite bathroom with a rainfall shower, soaking tub and beautiful tile work -- a separate Miele laundry area is provided in the suite. Two additional bedrooms, both with en suite baths, are tastefully appointed with artwork and contemporary luxury furnishings. On the first floor, a children's bunk room with en suite bathroom is the perfect spot for children of all ages. A lovely powder room is located across the way. Exceptional home!!! Stayed with my family and the house, accommodations, amenities, snd location were ideal. The game room was an added bonus, along with the heated pool! Will be back! Loved the art work!

The details of the house Wanderlust provided was very helpful, the house is well appointed with luxurious linens and high end kitchen appliances. Everything was very well thought out in the space and stylish.
