Welcome to your ideal beachside escape! This second-floor apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with modern amenities, shared features, and proximity to the ocean.
Living and Dining Area
The bright and spacious living room boasts high ceilings and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Unwind on the cozy sofa while watching your favorite shows on the smart TV. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats six, creating a great space for meals or games with your group.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and more. Essentials like cookware, wine glasses, and a toaster are also provided, making it easy to settle in and feel at home.

Primary Bedroom: King bed with premium linens, coastal-inspired decor, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower
Second Bedroom: Queen bed with soft bedding and a charming nautical theme, also with its own en-suite bathroom.
Outdoor Space

The Neighborhood:
South Padre Island offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement. You're just steps away from the beach for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports, and local gems like Blackbeard's for seafood or shopping at Padre Island Plaza. Enjoy island activities like bird and sea turtle watching, beach four-wheeling, horseback riding, and exploring the Laguna Madre Nature Trail.
Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), which is about 27 miles away. You’ll have parking onsite at the complex. Walking around the island is fun, too!
Other Things to Note:
Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.
- Travelers must be at least 25 years old to book, and someone 25 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay.
- Guests must climb stairs at the property.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in.
- All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 USD fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 USD charge for tampering with it.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee of $100 USD per pet per stay. A maximum of two pets is permitted, with each pet weighing no more than 75 lbs. Pets must be well-trained and are not allowed on furniture, beds, fabric surfaces, or comforters.
Interaction with Guests:
You will use the gate code to enter the complex and go to the apartment, and you will use the lockbox code to get the keys for the apartment. Codes and full check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival.

This was the best place I have stayed at on South Padre. The host stayed in constant communication and was ready to help if any issues came up. We had no issues and the place was great. Definitely coming back to stay here.

The location is perfect to access to the beach, from the balcony you have a beautiful view. The two sofa in the living rooms are super cozy. You don’t need to bring noting the apartment is full with all you need.
