Entire condo rental overlooks huge pools & hot tub with balcony views of ocean from the wrap around 2nd floor patio. Walk right out community’s private, gated access to the beach or lounge by the 6 total pools. Ideal central SPI location walking distance to some of the best restaurants & bars on the Island. Master bedroom with walk-in closet and attached bath, shared bathroom for other 2 large bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc. for cooking in. Master suite with King size bed, 2 additional rooms with queen size beds, large couch and an air beds for additional guests. STR License 2025-0151

Was clise too alot of restaurants & store within walking distance .....easy acess to beach ....we rnjoyed it very much....will be back again

Loved the warm pool and hot tub area. The property manager got back to us immediately when we had a question or issue. He also contacted us to make sure things had been taken care of. Very quiet area.As this is a gated community, no one answered the call to let us enter. We had to wait for someone coming into the property. Confusing as to where the office was to get our keys.

We enjoyed our stay at Beachside. A short walk to the beach, and very close to the pool area. There was plenty of space for our group to relax and in the sleep areas.

We loved the location and how roomy our condo was. The outside of the property was very well maintained. Our particular unit had a few mishaps, some things got resolved in a timely matter, but others are still not working. The owners for being offsite were very accomadating.
