Housed in a 19th-century family home, La Maison Basse, entirely on one level (ground floor), includes:

- A living room with a dining area and lounge/library
- 4 bedrooms, including three doubles and one twin

Upstairs, the McKinley Room (shared with La Maison Haute) is available to guests with:
- Games (casino, foosball, chess, board games, card and dice games)
- A lounge area
Outdoors:
- Courtyard shared with the guests of La Maison Haute

The price includes all utilities (sheets included, beds made upon arrival, heating included)
