*** There will be an extensive beautification process at this location between 8/4/2025 - 3/16/2026. During this prolonged construction period, the exteriors of all buildings will be painted. Construction hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. ***
This beautiful, third-floor, Gulf-front condo includes floor-to-ceiling glass patio doors in both the living room and primary bedroom leading to a large patio that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features of this upscale and gorgeous getaway include granite countertops, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, a cooktop stove and oven, a microwave and a dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The primary bath includes a whirlpool tub, a walk-in shower, and double vanity sinks. Each of the three bedrooms and living room has a TV to relax each evening after enjoying a long day out on the beach. The private balcony has a table and chairs to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset.
On-site perks include pools, a children's splash pad, a gym, and beachfront access with shower/rinse-off stations.

The building was undergoing some minor construction but that was stated in the description when we booked our stay. Overall the condo was great. The rooms were great even though the building itself was getting some minor work done we hardly heard any noise from it. The condo itself was in a great area. There were restaurants within walking distance, shopping within walking distance and even had a mini golf for entertainment across the street. The best part it was right on the beach! I would definitely stay again.

Good location safe family friendly complex.. easy to find! Great pool and water fun for kids.. complementary beach chairs are nice but you are not allowed to move and when asking for certain spots to be nearer to the water to accommodate small children, aging and pregnant women we were confronted with poor service and out right disrespect. I did not understand the situation with requesting our chairs closet to the water, so, we brought out our own chairs only to be met with more disrespect.
