*** There will be an extensive beautification process at this location between 8/4/2025 - 3/16/2026. During this prolonged construction period, the exteriors of all buildings will be painted. Construction hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. ***
This spacious 1513 square foot condo offers three bedrooms three bathrooms and is located on the third floor. This upscale condo has been tastefully decorated with furnishings, linens, and kitchenware to make you feel as if you are at home. The large Master bedroom faces the Gulf has a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and access to the huge balcony. The living room sofa lets out to a queen size sleeper for a total sleeping capacity of 10 people. The fully equipped kitchen has dishes, cookware, microwave, stove and a full size refrigerator. This condo also includes a washer/dryer, four televisions, four DVD players, a stereo, and a private balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf.

Pool bands are provided! The number of bands provided corresponds to the occupancy of the rental.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Size of the room was great. Only issue is that the main refrigerator does not get cold & freezer does not freeze. Luckily they had an extra refrigerator in the unit. So I guess they are aware of the issue and are just waiting on repair/replacement. Other than that the only thing the unit needs is a set of pot holders. Looking forward to staying again.

The complex was super clean. The room had a great view and was roomy enough to accommodate 10 adults. The condo is close to everything, but yet not crowded at all. My only complaint is that even with a three bedroom condo, you are only allowed two parking passes. I would definitely recommend Azure 303!

Everything as listed. No issues. Quiet beach. *construction on nearby streets was a bear.

We have stayed at Azure several times over the years, we always loved it there, however 303 wasn't up to standards, we paid $9.000 for a 14 day stay, unit living area had a very bad ant problem, also living room drapes were broken, the front door bottom seal was defective allowing insects to enter, my wife & I were both bitten, I reported these and other issues to the office, we checked out on Tuesday the 18th four nights early, the price of $9'084.99 was excessive for what we received.
