Are you an outdoor enthusiasts or working remote; looking to take the kids for an affordable ski weekend; a retreat for yourself or with that special someone? This condo is the ideal blend of tranquility, modern comfort, and access to outdoor adventure.
Your Home Away from Home
From the moment you walk in, everything is ready for you to relax and step away from the day-to-day. With secure self-check-in, your stay is effortless from the start.
As you step inside this inviting retreat, you’ll be welcomed by sunlit spaces, large windows, vaulted ceilings, and a private deck. Lean into a slower pace—kick off your shoes, relax in the shared hot tub, and unwind. Whether it’s sipping your morning coffee or soaking under a starlit sky, the setting is perfect any time of day.
Back inside, cozy up by the fire in the living room or engage in some friendly competition with a selection of board games and puzzles. The space is thoughtfully equipped with all the comforts and modern necessities of home. When hunger strikes, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including dishes, pans, cutlery, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. Prefer to dine out? Walk over to the Tollbooth Tavern for lunch, dinner, or an evening snack, and check their website for live entertainment on select weekends.
For work or chores, we’ve got you covered with high-speed Wi-Fi and laundry facilities. Essentials like paper products, toiletries, extra linens for the sofa bed, and large towels for the hot tub are all provided.
When it’s time to turn in, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms—one with a king bed and another with two twins—plus two full bathrooms for added convenience. Whether you’re staying for a weekend or an extended getaway, everything you need is here to make your stay truly enjoyable.
Nature’s Playground at Your Doorstep
Our rental is nestled within a peaceful, private community of just 24 units, set on 150 wooded acres. The property is surrounded by expansive wooded and open spaces, offering a serene and natural setting. Step out to find paths leading to public walking trails within the Dinsmore Brook Conservation Area, just to the west. To the east, the golf course borders the property, offering a short walk to the greens with your clubs in hand. It’s a peaceful retreat with plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.
Skiing
• Crotchet Mountain – our neighbor, just 5 mins from our door. Night skiing too!
• Pats Peak - 30 minute drive
• Sunapee – 60 minute drive
Golf
• Crotchet Mountain Golf Club - couldn’t be any closer -right next door! Enjoy a round of golf. Food, drink, and live music at the tavern on select weekends.
Hiking/Biking
• Mt. Monadnock – Less than 30 minutes away, it’s a must-visit adventure. Hiking and amazing vistas from the summit.
• Rail Trail – 8.5 miles of easy biking along the Contoocook River. Looking for more adventure? Grab your mountain bike and explore area trails.
Art/Culture/Shopping

Everything was top notch. I repeated that over and over. From the shower curtain to towels, to blow dryer, sheets and pillow choice. The couch wasn't an old "leftover" used couch. The dining table was comfortable. Great coffee was provided for our use. The temp control worked great. And, we enjoyed the hot tub each night. We loved the golf course (tough new england course) and the nearby restaurant had so many good choices!

Property was very well taken care of and in a good location but the people upstairs were extremely loud and stomped around until 2am each night almost ruining the experience
