About this house rental
3rd most wished for property in the UK on Airbnb during 2022 for under £100! Privately managed with owners near, no corporate letting agency managing. The cottage is comfortable, a multi stove log burner and stunning views. Has it's own Balcony in peaceful area. Secure garden. Doggy guests warmly welcomed. Walks on the doorstep and based on the borders of Northumberland, Co.Durham and Cumbria, ideal for a range of jaunts in the region. Butterfly Lodge our converted cart house is also proving a hit. The space
Smashing converted hay Barn. Up dated and redecorated. Open plan living area with Vaulted ceiling and wood burning stove, kitchen/ dining area. The cottage is fully central heated and guests have control of the system via the Hive control. There are views from all the old thick deep set windows and main stable style door out to the Decked balcony overlooking the Valley and Pennines toward Teesdale. Going downstairs to a nicely decorated bedroom with fully tiled Bathroom with full sized bath and newly installed thermostatically controlled shower and dressing area and large Durham Cathedral cloisters Mural. Good quality King Sized pocket sprung and memory foam mattress and Luxury Alpaca duvet and pillows, which are natural fibre and hypo allergenic. Spare pillows and blankets are also available in the draws.
Now with Alexa smart speaker and HD music.
If you are looking at a motorcycle holiday why not stay with us? Secure parking and washing facilities for your bike/s. We are now also able to offer a complimentary half day or full day motorcycle tour. See the seldom travelled roads of Weardale or an extended trip to Hadrians Wall country where you will be taken on road and off road (loose gravel) byways to get that illusive picture. Weardale is well known by motorcyclists for it's interesting roads but most stay on the main routes and miss a lot! Why not join me for a good day out?
