In the heart of a 120-hectare family estate (foie gras production and shop on site), this upscale, all-inclusive gîte (except tourist tax) features a heated mini-pool and indoor spa. The owners live on-site (discretion assured). All on the ground floor: living room, fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker and Nespresso pod machine), one bedroom (one 180x200cm bed, shower room, toilet), one bedroom (one 180x200cm bed), one dormitory bedroom (three 90x200cm beds), bathroom (starter kit with shampoo/shower gel included), toilet, wellness area with spa and heated pool (2.5x3x1.50m). Wi-Fi. Heating included in the rates. The gîte is not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. Private enclosed garden (400m²), bicycle storage (lockable). Non-smoking accommodation.
