Gîte of 170m² (ground floor + first floor). On the ground floor, enjoy a friendly living space with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the bright dining room giving access to the terrace with views of the countryside. The relaxation lounge, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a shower room and WC complete this level. Upstairs, two bedrooms offer modular sleeping arrangements: 1 140 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds that can be combined into a 180 cm bed / 1 140 cm bed, as well as a bathroom with shower, bathtub and separate WC. Under the eaves, a cozy dormitory with 4 90 cm beds, a relaxation area with a convertible BZ and an extra bed will delight young and old. For your leisure time, enjoy a fully equipped games room (ping-pong, table football, darts, etc.) and a magnificent 100m² pool house with a relaxation area (sun loungers, garden furniture), full bathrooms with shower and toilet, and a beautiful 7x4m heated swimming pool. Nestled between the Bois Noirs massif and the Monts de la Madeleine, between Roanne, Vichy, and Tiers, this old stone farmhouse offers a peaceful getaway in the heart of nature.
