You will enjoy the calm of the location despite the proximity of the capital of ParosParikia and the airport as well as the few steps necessary to get to the beach of Agia Eirini (120m).

Main house: Upon entering, you will find a very warm and naturally bright living room and television giving access to all streaming platforms (Netflix, Prime, etc.). A fully equipped open kitchen and an outdoor lounge that can accommodate up to 10 people will allow you to make meals on-site with great comfort. The first bedroom with a double bed has an adjoining bathroom and a sea view and access in just a few minutes. A second bedroom is in the basement with three single beds and a guest bathroom is available to them on the ground floor.
Independent bedroom: Adjoining the relaxation and outdoor dining area of the main house, you will find a staircase leading directly to the terrace offering an impregnable view of the bay of Agia Eirini beach. The bedroom with an adjoining bathroom has a double bed, a single sofa bed, and a very pleasant private balcony.
Parking for 5 cars and fast Wi-Fi are available.
