This property does not accept pets; Friday to Friday Rental
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and e-Checks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

This is a beautiful home with amazing views of both the bay and the marsh. The sunrises and sunsets were phenomenal, and we loved watching the dolphins swim by each morning. There are several decks and an enclosed porch where you can sit and enjoy the peace and quiet that this home has to offer. The open layout on the main level of the house was very welcoming and had enough seating for large families or groups. The home is well stocked with kitchen supplies as well as games, books and beach gear. The ping pong table was a fun bonus! We did notice that some of the areas of the house could have been cleaned a little better--the showers and toilets were not as clean as we would have liked and the refrigerator was a little dirty as well. It would have been helpful to have more detailed information regarding which door had the key pad as it took us a few minutes to figure that out. The property management company was very responsive when we reached out with concerns about not being able to lock the front door. He told us that the home had a hurricane lock and explained what we needed to do to lock it. Perhaps that information can be added to the house info as well. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this home.
