Casa Monica is a stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa in the sought-after Los Pinos area of Calpe. Boasting an outstanding location, it is just around the corner from three restaurants and only a 10-minute walk to the sea and bustling boulevard. With a south-facing private pool, this villa offers the perfect setting for a relaxing Mediterranean getaway.
As you enter through the private driveway, you are welcomed into a serene outdoor space featuring an 8x4 private pool, an outdoor shower, and lounge chairs for sunbathing. The covered lounge area invites you to unwind in the shade, while the covered dining space and gas barbecue make outdoor meals a delight. For added convenience, there’s a small outdoor bathroom by the pool with a toilet and sink.
Inside, the spacious main living area downstairs is designed for comfort. Just off the naya, a dining table leads into the inviting lounge room, complete with a 4-seat sofa, an armchair, and a Smart TV. The adjacent open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a large fridge, freezer, oven, 5-burner gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, and a water kettle. Another dining table is situated next to the kitchen, providing direct access to the garden.
The ground floor also boasts two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe space, and an ensuite bathroom with a bath-shower combination, sink, and toilet. Upstairs, only accessible via an external staircase, are the third and fourth bedrooms.
