This cabin exceeded our expectations in almost every way. There was plenty of space for all 16 of us, and having private bedrooms and bathrooms was a major plus. The pavilion was the best part, providing a central space for us to gather without feeling crowded, and the view while not the best we've seen still provided a beautiful backdrop. Avant was excellent at communication and very responsive when we had an issue with the hot tub, providing a credit when learning it needed repairs. It would have been even better if there were more kitchen supplies such as cutting boards, extra pots and a large skillet as we cooked all meals in the cabin and it was sometimes challenging. I do recommend bringing extra batteries as the TV remotes downstairs were all missing them and I remember seeing references to that in comments from previous guests. Regardless we had a wonderful time and I highly recommend this cabin for any large groups.

This cabin was exactly what we needed for our family. The hosts were super responsive with any question we had. Would definitely stay here again at a future date.

This is a beautiful 8 BR/9BA Log home on 2 floors with adjacent pavillion which has indoor pool below pavillion. Located near Dollywood; also convenient for visiting Gatlinburg.

We all felt this was an amazing structure and everything in the pictures were there. But upon closer inspection, i.e. arrival the view was different.
There were a few things we all felt should be added for guest comfort.
• Luggage racks in all the bedrooms
• A few hangers in the closet
• NO closet in two bedrooms(no usable closet space due to water heaters)
• Mirrors in the room
• Sitting chairs/sofas in all bedrooms
• Functioning Ice Makers on both Fridges( doorway fridge icemaker down upon arrival, stove fridge icemaker died Saturday; only intermittent ice after that)
• NO sharp knives in the kitchen(we had to purchase a couple)
• Functioning TV in the Bedrooms(no network connections until Monday, ALL remote batteries need changing)
The maintenance team here is slipping.
Upon Arrival we noted:
Microwave door handle broken
Living Room Recliners broken in the reclined position; impossible to let down into normal sitting:
Several Adirondack chairs broken or near broken
Hot tub without steps:
Downstair A/C shuts off when pan fills; had to soak up water every few hours to maintain A/C
This required constant attention throughout the weekend
To us these are small fixes which would definitely make a difference to your guests upon arrival.
