From the 5th-floor balcony, enjoy stunning Gulf views and the sound of the waves. Inside, an open layout offers a bright and spacious living area with a flat-screen TV, ample seating, and easy access to the private balcony. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and dishware needed for shared meals. It was a wonderful location. Lots of space. Beach access easy. Centrally located. Parking the best and easiest of all the places I have stayed. Chandler that did beach service was awesome. I recommend paying for reservations if you like a certain spot because chairs filled quickly and early. Only complaint was no luggage carts could be found and made getting everything up and down difficult.

Excellent location. One reserved parking space plus plentiful additional parking available. Nice view of the beach which is just an elevator ride down and a short walk away.Our only complaint is that the cleaning could have been better. We notified the property management that we would have a late check-in (arriving around 9 pm), so they wouldn’t feel rushed to clean, but that didn’t seem to matter. Although the beds were clean and toilets and showers seemed clean, it didn’t feel like countertops/tables were wiped down or floors were swept/mopped at all. There was a spill on the floor in the living room, trash on the floor of the balcony, hairs on the countertop in one bathroom, and sticky kitchen counter surfaces. Some doors were also dirty, a piece of the baseboard was missing in the master bedroom, and a deep clean really needs to be done of grout in showers to reduce mold. There’s also a sign posted saying make-up should be removed with black towels, but no black towels were provided.
