About this house rental
Nestled in the mountains of Bailey, CO, this 3-bedroom, 1-bath apartment offers breathtaking views and a fun, quirky design. Perfect for nature lovers and adventure seekers, it`s a cozy retreat with personality. Relax in the stylish space, take in the mountain scenery, and enjoy easy access to hiking, skiing, and outdoor adventures. Experience a one-of-a-kind getaway in the heart of the Rockies!
This property is on 3 acres you are free to explore while you`re here! Please be mindful of the main house - the decks / hot tubs / spaces attached to the main house are off limits. However, you are welcome to explore the rest of the land, as well as the forest to the West of the house. To the North and South, there are other homes, so respect their privacy while you wander.
The apartment`s entrance is up the stairs on the East end of the building. The entrance has a keypad entry and you`ll receive your access code before your check-in.
There is a master bedroom with a dedicated workspace, a second bedroom with bunk beds, and a third bedroom loft atop the stairs.
Please note: the loft is short and the stairs are steep - please be careful! We are looking into ways to create a safer trip up and down and hope to make this more kid friendly in the near future. If you have suggestions; please let us know - we`d love to hear them!

Such a great job on utilizing a smaller space! Having great outdoor seating, loft for the kids, and large kitchen table for Uno Game nights we had a great stay!

The location of the home is absolutely astounding. It stands at about 7500 feet in elevation and has a view that you have to see to really appreciate the beauty. The house looked exactly as pictured and is so cute! I loved everything about it. The check in process was the easiest I have ever experienced and my 3 boys and I travel A LOT. It was great to have 3 different sleeping areas, to give all of my kids a separate area to decompress after a long day. The host always responded promptly and was always kind and helpful. The neighborhood and neighbors were also very friendly. The house is also a great place to stay, to be 1.5 or so hours to several different popular attractions in Colorado. We went all over the place and never felt like the drive was too long. The views from every porch and every window was just breathtaking. If you are on the fence about staying here, DO IT! We will certainly be back to Colorado and back to this sweet home when deciding where to stay.
