Hot Tub Guidelines: We hope you enjoy the hot tub during your stay. To keep it safe and in great condition for everyone, please take a moment to review the guidelines below.
General Use
• Use at your own risk.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• No glass in or around the hot tub (plastic cups only).
• Please shower or rinse before entering to help keep the water clean.
• Limit soak time to 15–20 minutes per session.
• Do not add soaps, oils, bubbles, or any substances to the water.
• No diving, jumping, or standing on the cover.
• Pregnant guests or those with health concerns should consult a doctor before use.
Safety Notes
• Do not use the hot tub under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Exit immediately if you feel dizzy, overheated, or unwell.
• Always keep the cover closed and latched when not in use (for safety and to maintain
water temperature).
• Make sure all 4 latches are unfastened before removing the cover.
Departure Instructions
• Set the temperature to 102°F.
• Securely replace the cover and fasten all 4 latches.
• Remove all personal items and trash from the area.
We want your stay to be as enjoyable and smooth as possible. Here are a few things to keep in mind:
House Rules:
Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. We offer self check-in with a smart lock for your convenience.
Our cabin accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No parties or events are allowed.
This is a smoke-free property. We appreciate you keeping it fresh for everyone.
We welcome up to 2 pets with a $100 fee per pet. Please ensure pets are leashed outdoors and cleaned up after.
Additional Information:
You'll find exterior security cameras on the property (Ring doorbell at front and back doors) for your safety and ours.
We provide a starter set of essentials, but for longer stays, you may want to bring extra supplies.
While we are close to Denver, the cabin offers a true mountain experience. Roads can be snowy in winter, so 4WD/AWD is recommended during colder months. Please check weather conditions before your arrival.
