About this house rental

Hidden Gem on Lake Champlain | Epic Sunsets + Modern Luxury

Welcome to one of Lake Champlain’s best-kept secrets—west-facing lakefront on Country Club Drive with unbeatable sunsets year-round! This spot has been a local favorite for years, and now it’s your turn to enjoy it in a fully rebuilt, three-level home with all the modern touches (built new in 2023!).

The main level is made for gathering:

Huge open-concept great room with stunning lake views

Chef’s kitchen with double granite islands, pro-grade gas range, double fridge, and an incredible pizza oven (yes, you can roast a turkey in it!)

Radiant floor heat keeps things cozy on every level

Upstairs, you’ll find:

A lake-facing main bedroom with a private sunset balcony and ensuite bath

Two more spacious bedrooms

A large full bathroom and separate laundry room

Need space to work or create? The top floor is your spot—with two private workspaces or studios, a half bath, and another lake-view balcony for those well-earned breaks.

Outside, you’re steps from the lake with multiple decks, a cement boat ramp, and everything you need for year-round fun:
Boating, kayaking, swimming, ice skating—it’s all right outside your door.
There’s even a small garage—perfect for your summer convertible or extra gear.

Cruise to lunch by boat at Shore Acres in North Hero, or head to Alburgh Dunes for beach time and frisbee. Burlington is just an hour by water!

And when you need to stock up or explore:

10 minutes to groceries and restaurants in Highgate

15 minutes to downtown St. Albans

45 minutes to Burlington

Close to the Canadian border if you want to pop into Montreal

This place isn’t just a stay—it’s a four-season lakefront lifestyle. Come enjoy Lake Champlain like a local.

The views from the house are absolutely stunning. The space is large and the access to the lake is fantastic. We were a bit disappointed that the house did not have A/C and wasn't equipped with fans in the upper rooms to make up for it. Was also a bummer that we couldn't swim (algae blooms) and that the television didn't work. There were also spiderwebs throughout the property, which was a bit surprising. Overall, a good value for the money, but we found we couldn't spend much time at the house and did a lot more driving than anticipated as a result.
