Beautiful Champlain Islands Waterfront Home Situated between Burlington and Montreal.
This 6 bedroom, 4-bathroom home sits on 2.5 acres with water frontage. There's a dock for recreation and fishing in the warmer months, two fireplaces for snuggling up in the colder months, decks for taking in the sunrises and sunsets, large chef's kitchen and tables for holiday gatherings and multiple nooks and crannies for reading, playing cards and games with the grandchildren, or watching television.
Minimum age for responsible renter is 24 Years old.
Maximum number of adults is 8

It is imperative to respect the privacy of our neighbors. Bedroom location description: Downstairs, south side, private king and private full, sharing a full bath. North wing, Private king and private 2 twin room, sharing a very large full bath. Upstairs, east side king, west side 2 twins, sharing a full bath. And one more 3/4 bath downstairs next to the tv area. Yes, pretty amazing place. Please be aware we cannot be responsible for weather, and Lake water level. That’s Mother Nature’s job.

A quiet location on Lake Champlain tucked away from noise and crowds! Beautiful property and an excellent host who responded immediately to minor issues we had. Would recommend a deep cleaning of the house on the outside. However inside the house was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped!
Our group loved the stay and are grateful to the host for making it a memorable one!
