This Sandpiper condo is located on El Paseo Drive, where you are surrounded by unspoiled natural beauty, and walking distance to fabulous restaurants (Mastro’s, Eddie V’s, Pacifica, Back Street Bistro, Jillian’s, Armandos, Tommy Bahama) shops, and galleries.
The floor plan makes the unit seem more like a home than a condo. Every room has a wall of glass and the views are superb; the main living area overlooks the sparkling pool that is kept at a comfortable 84* in the winter. The pool area boasts a magnificent mountain view, along with a ramada with BBQ, shuffleboard, and putting green.
