About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this 82 m² house, which sleeps up to 8 people, close to the beach in Parentis-en-Born for rent. It comprises a 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 300 m² garden. Wi-Fi (fiber optics), bed linen included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine and cot.
Outside:
- A lovely 300 m² private, west-facing garden to make the most of the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Parentis-en-Born, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Parentis en Born beach, about 2 km away
- Boating, kate surfing, windsurfing...
- Cycling
- Tree climbing
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private outdoor car park in front of the house (two spaces).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:

- Nearest airport: Bordeaux, 80 km away
