Ideal for 1 or 2 families with children or large families.

House in a quiet side street of a residential area, unobstructed view, no opposite. Lake with a monitored sandy beach in approx. 200 m distance. Atlantic beach (Mimizan-Plage) 16 km. Shops around the corner.

Agréable maison dans un environnement calme, toute équipée pour passer des vacances en détente en famille.
La proximité du lac à pied est appréciable car pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller se baigner.

Schönes, ruhig gelegenes, gepflegtes Haus mit viel Platz und großzügigem schönen Garten. Küche und sonstige Räume voll ausgestattet. Nette Hausverwalterin vor Ort, die zu jeder Zeit bei Problemen um Rat gefragt werden konnte. Sehr seichter See, fußläufig erreichbar, bewacht, Kinder können dort wunderbar spielen, planschen, nur sehr geringe Wassertiefe, Tretbootverleih und sonstige Boote am Strand zu mieten.
