Charming well decorated older home in need of some TLC, with easy access via key pad and walking distance to downtown. Close to a main road and could be a bit noisy. Beds were comfortable, house was clean and comfortable with lots of blankets and throw pillows. House was creaky with bedroom doors that didn’t fully latch close. A few odds and ends in the house that were in need of repair but everything was functional. Outdoor area with fireplace and hammock was great for group gatherings and relaxing at the end of the day.

We enjoyed staying at your home. All of the amenities met our needs. I would recommend staying at your home, especially for families of four or more. We made trips each day to Black Canyon of Gunnison and Curecanti Recreation Park.

The home was wonderful and quirky. The A/C in the living room did a pretty decent job of keeping things cool. Plenty of space to enjoy and the back room was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. There are a few things that need attention. One of the kitchen cabinet doors needs to be fixed, and one of the hinges has come away from the cabinet. Also door stops for the two smaller rooms would be great to add so that the bathroom barn doors are not running in to them.
